Visit the Hiawatha Public Library’s web page at www.hiawathalibrary.com and click on Library Online Catalog. From there, you can view your record, place holds, and renew the items checked out on your card.
You must have:
HINT: When entering your User I.D. or PIN, do not use spaces or dashes.
To ensure your privacy, never give anyone else your PIN. When you have finished viewing your record, always click on Logout to clear your information from the screen.
Remember, the Hiawatha Public Library staff are happy to place holds and renew your items for you. Simply ask at the Circulation desk.
To See Your Record
In order to see what you have checked out or the items that you have placed on hold:
You may also cancel any holds from this screen.
To Renew Items
To renew items checked out to your card:
Click on Logout to remove your information from the screen.
To Place a Hold
If you have more than one item to place on hold, log into the catalog at the top of the search page. This will eliminate the need to repeatedly enter you User I.D. and PIN.
To Change Your PIN
Your PIN may be changed to any 4 to 10 character number and letter combination.
For privacy and security, your PIN will not appear when it is typed in.
